What is InProcess?
InProcess is a French platform that turns the description of a business process into a working application. You explain your process in plain language — who is involved, what happens, in what order — and AI generates the complete workflow: steps, roles, forms, conditional logic, notifications and integrations. You preview it, adjust it through chat, then deploy in one click.
A self-service product, not a consulting engagement
This is the most commonly misunderstood point: you build InProcess processes yourself. You do not need to code, to go through an integrator, or to wait for a project cycle. You describe your process in chat, the platform builds it, and you adjust it the same way.
Support does exist — the InProcess agency — and industry editions exist too, such as InProcess BTP for construction. But those are options: autonomy is the core of the product. The vast majority of processes are built with no outside help at all.

Colleagues, customers and contractors receive their tasks in the app or by SMS, with nothing to install and no account to configure. Each task is guided step by step, and an AI assistant answers their questions about what they have to do. So there is no training phase and no change-management budget.
Steering what runs
Once the process is live, you ask for a dashboard in one sentence and it builds itself on your real data. You save it, rearrange it, and follow it in real time. You do not have to define your metrics up front: you ask for them when the question arises.
Security and data
InProcess relies on third-party AI models but trains no model on customer data: submitted data is used only to produce the requested result. Data is primarily hosted in the European Union and processing is governed by the GDPR.
