Messaging Policy

This page explains how InProcess sends text messages (RCS and SMS) to the people invited to take part in a workflow, how they consent to receive them, and how they can stop them at any time.

How you opt in

A business manager who has engaged you as a worker invites you to a workflow using your name, email and phone number. You then create your InProcess account and, in your account settings, you verify ownership of your phone number and explicitly agree to receive task notifications by RCS/SMS. We only send agent-initiated messages after this opt-in. Your consent is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Messages you may receive

Account and phone verification codes; a one-time onboarding message when you are invited to a workflow; notifications and reminders about tasks assigned to you; and replies from the assistant when you message us about your tasks. We never send promotional or marketing messages on these channels.

Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the tasks assigned to you and your activity. Messages are transactional and tied to your work, not scheduled marketing campaigns.

How you opt out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from this number. You will receive a single confirmation and will no longer receive task notifications there. Reply START to resubscribe.

Help

Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us through the channel shown in the application or on the InProcess website.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. InProcess does not charge you for these messages.

Privacy

Phone numbers and message content are handled as described in our Privacy Policy (https://inprocess.ai/privacy) and Terms of Use (https://inprocess.ai/terms).
