InProcess is a platform published by the company TODA PEAS, SAS. It allows users to create and deploy automated business workflows.
By using the Actor application, you acknowledge that you have read and fully accept these Terms of Use.
Key Definitions:
• User: Any person using the Service.
• Actor: The User specifically invited to perform actions within a Workflow.
• Admin: User with permissions to create, manage, and operate workflows.
• Workflow: An automated business process designed through the platform.
These Terms define the usage, ownership, and responsibility conditions related to use of the Service.
As an Actor, you are provided with an individual Account that grants you personal access to the Service. Opening this Account is carried out through a secure online registration process.
Your role is to carry out the actions assigned to you by an Admin (a User with creation and management rights).
By using the application, you agree to:
• Comply with the law: Ensure that your data and use of the Service
comply with applicable laws.
• Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and
remain responsible for all use of your Account.
• Prohibited use: Do not use the Service for illegal automation,
data extraction without consent, or dissemination of unlawful content. Such uses
are strictly prohibited.
TODA PEAS owns all rights to the platform itself, including the source code and interfaces.
The content and Workflows you interact with or create belong to you.
Access to InProcess is provided through subscriptions (such as the Pro-team Plan, billed €150 excluding VAT per month) or custom workflow setup fees.
For the Actor (you): These financial conditions primarily concern the Admin entity managing the subscription.
Payments are processed via Stripe at the beginning of each billing cycle through automatic debit. The subscription is automatically renewed monthly, but may be canceled at any moment, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are offered.
Note: The Admin may access a free trial period, limited by tokens and with no commitment.
InProcess is committed to processing your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679).
We collect and process your email addresses, login credentials, and activity related to workflows.
This data is used to provide access to the Service, ensure proper operation, improve user experience, and communicate with you.
Your data may be processed or stored by technical providers who themselves comply with GDPR, such as Clerk, MongoDB Atlas, Stripe, or OpenAI.
If these providers are located outside the European Union, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) are implemented to protect your data.
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding your personal data.

TODA PEAS strives to ensure Service accessibility using all reasonable means, without guaranteeing continuous operation.
TODA PEAS cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions, except in cases of gross negligence.
TODA PEAS reserves the right to modify or update the Service at any time, with reasonable prior notice.
TODA PEAS may suspend your Account in case of suspected misuse.
Either party may terminate the contract at any time in case of serious breach. The User may also delete their Account directly from their personal dashboard.
These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution is required first. If amicable resolution fails, the competent jurisdiction shall be the Paris Commercial Court.
